Website policy draft · Prepared 16 October 2026 · Subject to company confirmation and the applicable signed service agreements.
UMX PAY INC is responsible for personal information it collects for its own website, business enquiries and customer relationship. The precise roles of payment and verification providers depend on the applicable service arrangement. For privacy questions or requests, email sales@umxpay.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.
Business enquiries may include your name, work contact details, company and message. Approved onboarding may require company records, ownership information, identity and address evidence, payment purpose, funding information and transaction records. These are used to assess eligibility, provide agreed services, communicate with you, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. This marketing page itself does not collect identity documents, selfies or biometric templates.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, the applicable ground may be steps toward or performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or consent where required. Relevant information may be shared with contracted payment, verification, hosting and professional service providers, and authorities where required. Processing must remain limited to the purpose and applicable service arrangement. Personal information is not offered for sale through this website.
If your onboarding uses Sumsub, review its Notice of Personal Data Processing and, for applicable US biometric checks, its Biometrics Processing Consent before proceeding. Additional UMX PAY INC notices or consent may be required for its own processing. Merely visiting this page or opening those notices does not provide consent or start verification.
Information is retained for the purpose for which it was collected, relevant legal recordkeeping duties and dispute handling; a deletion request may be restricted by those duties. Exact periods and any biometric retention and deletion rules must be provided in the applicable onboarding notice before collection. Where information is transferred internationally, the applicable privacy notice and provider arrangement must identify the required safeguards.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and complain to the relevant data protection authority. Identity confirmation may be necessary to process a request. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Access controls and secure channels should be used for sensitive records; do not send identity documents or private keys to the general sales inbox.
The hosting platform and email or portal providers may process technical information under their own arrangements. Links to the client portal or third-party notices leave this standalone page. Refer to the cookie notice for this page’s browser behaviour.
Back to legal center ↑This website is operated for UMX PAY INC and describes payment coordination and settlement workflows for approved corporate customers. Website information is not an offer of every service in every jurisdiction. Access to a financial service requires eligibility review, any applicable provider approval, and a separate customer agreement. A business representative must have authority to act for the company.
Supported assets, currencies, networks, limits, fees, settlement times and provider responsibilities are confirmed under the applicable agreement or transaction quote. UMX PAY INC does not operate an exchange, order book or trading venue. Client-authorised movement, conversion and settlement are performed through approved third-party infrastructure under the agreed scope. No yield, investment return or uninterrupted settlement time is promised.
Provide accurate, current information and documents; safeguard credentials; verify beneficiaries and wallet networks; and use only the funding instructions issued for your approved arrangement. Do not treat a website illustration as an account balance, quote or payment instruction. Notify the team promptly of unauthorised activity or an incorrect instruction.
Requests may be delayed, declined or suspended when required by law, provider restrictions, incomplete information or risk review. Reviews may require further documentation. The applicable agreement and mandatory law govern any handling or return of funds. Do not attempt to bypass verification or conceal the origin, ownership or purpose of a payment.
Do not misuse this site, interfere with its security or copy protected material without permission. The site is informational and provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website use does not create a guarantee concerning third-party services or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Financial service liability, termination and dispute terms are governed by the relevant signed agreement.
Contact us at sales@umxpay.com about these terms. The applicable customer agreement takes precedence over a marketing summary. Material changes to a service must be handled under that agreement and applicable law.
Back to legal center ↑Corporate customers are subject to business and ownership verification, identity checks for relevant individuals, sanctions and PEP screening, and a review of the intended use of services. Enhanced review may apply according to risk. Eligibility is not established by an MSB registration alone.
Depending on the payment, supporting material may include a contract or invoice, commercial purpose, payer and beneficiary details, source of funds or wealth, and evidence of wallet ownership or control where relevant. The requested evidence must describe the real transaction. Third-party funding requires explicit approval under the applicable arrangement; do not assume it is permitted.
Customers must keep company, ownership and business information current. Additional screening, transaction monitoring and requests for information may occur during the relationship. Relevant settlement providers apply blockchain screening when digital assets are involved. Lawful reporting or preservation obligations may restrict what can be disclosed about a review.
Services must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, stolen funds, illicit goods or services, fabricated commercial activity, or attempts to disguise transaction ownership or purpose. Other restricted activities and jurisdictions are subject to the current agreement, provider rules and applicable law.

Back to legal center ↑Request a written proposal or transaction quote that explains applicable service charges, conversion rate or spread, network fees, intermediary charges and any minimums. This site does not publish a fixed fee or guaranteed exchange rate. Do not send funds until the approved instructions and applicable costs are clear.
Contact the team immediately to request cancellation. An instruction may not be cancellable after a provider has accepted or executed it. Whether cancellation is possible, and any associated costs, depend on the payment stage, provider terms and applicable law.
A return may require identity, payer or account checks and coordination with the relevant provider. Approved returns follow the agreed process and applicable legal requirements. Timing, deductions and destination must be confirmed for the specific transaction; no universal refund deadline is promised.
Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Sending to an incorrect address or network can result in permanent loss. A refund or recovery cannot be guaranteed. Any dispute about a fee or execution should include the transaction reference, date and a description of the issue, without passwords or private keys.

Back to legal center ↑Email sales@umxpay.com with “Formal complaint” as the subject. Include the company name, a contact email, relevant transaction reference, what happened and the outcome you seek. Do not include account passwords, full identity documents or wallet secrets.
The central contact channel routes your enquiry to the relevant team. Ask for confirmation of receipt, a case reference and the expected response timeframe. The relevant provider may need to assist with a transaction investigation. If the response does not resolve your concern, request escalation and the applicable external dispute or regulatory route for the contracting entity and jurisdiction. Mandatory complaint rights remain unaffected.
For suspected account compromise, contact support promptly through the verified portal or central email and identify the issue as urgent. Never transfer funds to a new address or share a one-time code in response to unsolicited messages.
Back to legal center ↑Stablecoins are not bank deposits and may lose their intended reference value. Issuer, reserve, redemption, insolvency, legal and service-provider risks may affect access or value. Blockchain congestion, network selection errors and unsupported assets can delay a transaction or cause loss. Some transfers cannot be reversed.
Fiat payments may be delayed or returned by banks, intermediaries, cut-off times or compliance checks. Exchange rates may change before a quote is accepted or while a request is pending. Availability differs by jurisdiction and provider; this website does not guarantee a particular settlement time, account structure or protection scheme.
UMX PAY INC does not hold client private keys or exercise discretionary control over client assets under the described operating model. Confirm the actual contractual provider, custody arrangement and available protections before using a service.
